What is an adverse drug reaction?

An adverse reaction is a noxious and unintended reaction resulting from the use of a medicinal product in animals in accordance with the indications given in the marketing authorisation, or not in accordance with the indications given in the marketing authorisation (including overdose, misuse, abuse, incorrect use), or associated with human exposure for occupational reasons.

What to do in case of an adverse reaction to a drug?

Consult your Veterinarian providing all available details regarding the event and clinical history. If this is not possible, in order to ensure that no reports of suspected adverse reactions to a drug marketed by Alivira are missed, report by calling the numbers indicated below:
